At the heart of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe in Green Grass, South Dakota lies a sacred and historic property that holds deep ancestral, spiritual, and cultural significance. This land is home to the Elk Head family cemetery—resting place of the first treaty signer and headman/founder of the Great Sioux Nation, Elk Head, the Keeper of the Sacred White Buffalo Calf Pipe until his death in 1914.

Our Programs

  • 51 x 51

Women make up 51% of the United States population, but they only comprise 28% of Congress.

We are approaching male members of Congress who have been in office for 20 years or more and offering opportunities to leave their legacy and do so through a female mentee.

We believe in a future where peaceful conflict resolution has eradicated global violence.
